Additionally, Andy is honored to be a member of the BRIT Awards voting panel, helping to recognise and celebrate outstanding achievements in British music. His most recent endeavor, Building Blocks Belfast, aims to provide education and collaborative opportunities for grassroots songwriters in Northern Ireland, fostering the growth of emerging talent in the region.
